Founder & Managing Partner
Alex Nottingham is an operator, investor, and business architect focused on building durable, scalable companies behind expert brands. His journey began after watching his father — a highly skilled dentist — suffer major financial losses due not to clinical ability, but to poor business systems and bad advice. That experience drove Alex to master business, strategy, and execution so great operators would never again be at the mercy of fragile structures.
After earning his JD and MBA, Alex became a top coach for Tony Robbins and went on to build and operate multiple multi-million-dollar education businesses, including All-Star Dental Academy. Today, through Nottingham Consulting Group, he works behind the scenes helping founders turn expert-driven businesses into real enterprises with strong operating systems, financial clarity, and leadership structure.
Jack Bowman
Chief Investment Officer
Writer, educator, investment advisor from Southern California.
